PLAN advises land owners and developers on land use planning issues.  We act as a representative for the applicant with the local planning departments, at public meetings, as well as quasi-judicial hearings.  We do the appropriate research and problem solving for land owners who are interested in obtaining land use permits for residential home sites, lake front property, subdivisions, commercial uses and many other related planning needs.  Our objective is to provide you the assistance and guidance necessary to see your project through completion.
